In a bowl, combine the mayonnaise and lemon juice. Stir them together until they're well mixed.

Add in the finely chopped dill pickles, fresh dill and capers. Stir again to incorporate.

Stir in the Dijon mustard and Worcestershire sauce. Mix it all through until it's well combined.

Add salt and ground black pepper, to suit your personal taste.

Once all the ingredients are combined, refrigerate the tartar sauce for at least an hour before using, to let the flavors meld together. It's best if left overnight, but an hour will suffice in a pinch. Serve with your favorite seafood dishes.
