Ingredients
- 2 chicken breasts
- salt and pepper to taste
- 4 tbls of mayonnaise
- 8 slices of bread
- 1 large tomato, sliced
- 1 cucumber, sliced
- 4 Lettuce leaves

Start by seasoning the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Grill until it’s fully cooked, then set aside to cool.
Once cooled, shred the chicken into small pieces. Mix it with the mayonnaise in a bowl, ensuring that the chicken is well coated.
Lightly toast the bread slices on a pan or a toaster.
Assemble the sandwich. Start with a layer of lettuce on one slice of bread. Then, pile on a generous amount of the chicken mayo mixture, followed by tomato and cucumber slices.
Top it off with another slice of bread. Repeat for the remaining sandwiches.
