Creamy Garlic Chilli Prawn Spaghetti Pasta

Ingredients
- 400 gms spaghetti
- 500 gms prawns, peeled and deveined
- 3 cloves of garlic, finely chopped
- 2 red chili peppers, finely chopped
- 3 tbls of olive oil
- 1 small bunch of parsley, chopped
- Salt, to taste
- Pepper, to taste
- Grated parmesan cheese, for garnishing
- juice from one lemon

Bring a large pot of readily salted water to boil and cook the spaghetti as per the instructions on the package until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large frying pan over medium heat. Add the finely chopped garlic and red chili peppers and sauté until the garlic is lightly golden.
Add the prawns to the pan and cook until they turn pink on both sides. This usually takes 3-4 minutes.
Add the cooked spaghetti to the pan and toss well, ensuring all the spaghetti strands are well coated with the garlic and chilli oil.
Season with salt and pepper. Stir in the chopped parsley and lemon juice. Toss again for a couple of more minutes.
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan cheese for that extra touch of elegance.
