Crispy Baked Chicken Breasts

Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 egg
- 1 ts mustard
- 1 tablespoon milk
- 1⁄2 tablespoon oil
- 150 g Cornflex made of corn
- salt and pepper
- garlic spice

Directions
We wash the meat and cut it into about 2 cm thick strips. We season it to taste.
We grind the cornflakes in a chopper.
Put the eggs into a bowl, scramble them with a fork and add all the other ingredients.
We soak the meat in an egg mixture, then coat it in crushed cornflakes and place it on a baking tray with paper next to each other.
Bake at 180 C for about 30 min.
We serve it with oven-baked fries and salad.
