- 1 baking soda
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄4 Cup milk
- 1⁄4 Cup water
- 1 egg
- Oil for frying

In a bowl, mash the beef and corn with a fork.
