Crispy Homemade Fish Fingers

Ingredients
- 1 lb of fish fillets (cod, haddock, or any white fish)
- 1 Cup of all-purpose flour
- 3 egg
- 2 cups of breadcrumbs
- 1 teaspoon of garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon of onion powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika
- salt and pepper to taste

Preheat your oil in a deep fryer or a heavy pot over medium heat.
Cut the fish fillets into finger-shaped pieces, approximately one-inch wide and three inches long.
Season the fish fingers with salt and pepper.
In a shallow bowl, mix the garlic powder, onion, paprika, and breadcrumbs.
