In a glass put honey, barbecue sauce, old mustard, onion powder and garlic powder. Mix until integrated.

On a baking sheet put the rib, salt and black pepper, 1/2 glass of water and the honey-mustard sauce on both sides. Bake at 200° for 25 minutes.
