- 200 ml apple juice
Barbecue sauce
- Meat juices
- 3 tablespoon tomato sauce
- 2 cloves garlic
- 6 g fresh coriander leaves
- 2 tablespoon white balsamic vinegar
- 1 chili pepper

Cut the apple into small slices and place the pieces in a baking dish. Add the apple juice.
