Ingredients
Potatoes
- 4 potato
- oil
- grated mozzarella
- grated cheddar
- 150 ml white sauce
Chicken
- 200 g chicken
- 1⁄2 spoon black pepper powder
- 2 bell peppers
- 1 onion
- 2 tablespoon tomato ketchup
- 1 spoon paprika powder
- 1 spoon cumin powder
- salt

Directions
Preheat oven to 160 degrees Celsius. Peel and slice your potatoes. Spread them out on a baking pan with parchment paper. Drizzle with sunflower oil. Bake for 30 minutes.

Preheat oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Roast your chicken mixed with black pepper powder for 2 to 3 minutes. Add chopped peppers and onions. Roast for a few more minutes, then add ketchup, paprika and cumin powder, and mix. Salt according to taste.

Lay out your baked potatoes in a glass baking pan. Pour the white sauce over, then add the chicken. Spread evenly. Add more white sauce on top, and sprinkle with cheese. Then add another layer of baked potatoes, and more white sauce and cheese.
