Easy Creamy Garlic Prawn Shrimp Pasta
This creamy garlic prawn pasta is an elegant yet simple dinner dish perfect for any special occasion. Juicy prawns simmered in a garlic cream sauce burst in your mouth, while the pasta absorbs every drop of flavour in the pan- creating an enticing synergy of taste and texture.
Ingredients
- 250 gms pasta
- 500 gms peeled prawns
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 200 ml heavy cream
- 1⁄4 Cup parmesan
- 2 tbls olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley and lemon wedges, for garnish

Directions
Cook pasta according to the package instructions until al dente.
While the pasta is cooking, heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
Add onion and garlic, saute until onion becomes translucent.
Add prawns, season with salt and pepper to taste, cook until they turn pink.
Pour in the cream, stir well and bring to a simmer.
When the pasta is done, drain it and add it to the skillet with prawns and cream.
Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and mix well until pasta is evenly coated with the creamy sauce.
Serve immediately with fresh parsley and a wedge of lemon on the side.
