- 170 g semi sweet chocolate
- 60 g chocolate
- 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
- 200 g marshmallow cream

Pour the evaporated milk into a saucepan with unsalted butter, a pinch of salt and sugar. Stir over high heat until it comes to a boil. Then lower the heat and cook for 6 minutes, stirring constantly. Remove from the heat.
