Directions
Preheat your oven to 200 degrees Celsius (392 degrees Fahrenheit). If you have a pizza stone, place it in the oven to heat up.
In a frying pan, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat.
Add the minced garlic and cook until fragrant, about 1-2 minutes.
Add the prawns and season with salt, pepper, and dried oregano. Cook until prawns are pink and fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside.
Stretch out your pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired size. If you have a pizza peel, prepare it with a little flour.
Spread a thin layer of pizza sauce over the dough, leaving a border around the edges for your crust.
Sprinkle half of the mozzarella cheese evenly over the sauce.
Arrange your cooked prawns evenly over the cheese.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese on top.
Carefully transfer your pizza to the oven (or onto your heated pizza stone if available).
Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly and slightly browned.
Carefully remove from oven and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
Allow the pizza to rest for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Repeat with the remaining pizza dough and ingredients for the second pizza.
