1. Step

Take the basil flowers and remove the stems. Put the flowers in a large container.

2. Step

We wash the lemons, cut them into thin slices and add them to the basil flowers.

3. Step

Add water, sugar, and citric acid into the container. Stir everything until the sugar dissolves.

4. Step

Cover the container and let it stand in a cool place for 3 days. Stir every day.

After three days, pour the mixture through a fine mesh strainer or cheesecloth into a clean bottle. Store the juice in the refrigerator.

6. Step

Before serving the elderflower juice, always dilute it with water in a 1:5 ratio. Serve chilled.
