- 41⁄2 cups self-rising flour
- 1⁄2 Cup butter
- 2 egg

- 1 Cup brown sugar
- 4 tablespoon cinnamon
Topping
- 2 tablespoon butter
- 4 tablespoon cream cheese or milk

Heat the cup of milk until it's warm, and add the yeast and sugar. Leave to stand for 10 minutes.
Mix for 6 minutes with the mixer, then gradually add the flour and the half cup of butter and the 2 eggs.

Stretch out the dough, add the butter, add the sugar mixed with the cinnamon, and roll it up.
Bake in the oven for half an hour or until they are done.
