- 40 g parsley
- 40 g cashew nuts
- 1 clove garlic
- 5 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon sunflower oil
- 1 tablespoon vinegar

Chop the Parmesan and put it in the blender with a dash of olive oil, a peeled clove of garlic and cashew nuts.
