Fresh Creamy Garlic Salmon Pasta

Ingredients
- 2 salmon fillets
- 250 gms of pasta (your choice)
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cups of fresh spinach
- 1 Cup of cherry tomatoes
- 1 Cup of heavy cream
- 2 tbls of olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese for garnish
- Fresh dill for garnish

Directions
Cook the pasta in boiling, salted water according to package directions in a large pot. Once cooked, drain and set aside.
While the pasta is cooking, heat the olive oil in a large pan over medium heat.
Season the salmon fillets with salt and pepper and place them in the pan, skin down.
Cook the salmon for about 3-4 minutes on each side until it's fully cooked or to your desired doneness level. Remove the fillets from the pan and set aside.
Using the same pan, add the chopped onion and minced garlic, acook until the onions turn translucent.
Add the spinach and cherry tomatoes. Cook until the spinach has wilted and the tomatoes begin to burst.
Pour in the heavy cream and stir well. Let it simmer for a couple of minutes.
Stir in the cooked and drained pasta, making sure it's well coated with the creamy sauce.
Flake the cooked salmon, removing any skin, and stir into the pasta.
Adjust the seasoning with salt and pepper.
Serve hot, garnished with grated Parmesan and fresh dill.
