Garlic Oil
A recipe for garlic oil, which can be used both for salads and for marinade.

- 500 ml Extra virgin olive oil
- 10 Cloves garlic
- 1 Spoon salt

1. Step
Peel the garlic and slice it into thin slices.
2. Step
Pour olive oil into a small saucepan and add garlic to it.
3. Step
Bring the oil to a boil over medium heat, and when the garlic starts to bubble, lower the temperature to low.
4. Step
Cook slowly for about 15 minutes until the garlic starts to turn golden.
5. Step
Remove the pot from the heat and let the garlic oil cool to room temperature.
6. Step
Strain the oil through a fine sieve into a sterilized jar and add salt.
7. Step
Close well and store in the refrigerator for up to 2 months.
