Giant Delicious Chewy Smarties Cookies
These fun, colorful Smarties cookies are perfect for any party or picnic. The delicious combination of cookie dough and crunchy Smarties promises a sweet and tangy burst of flavor in every bite. Simple, quick, and irresistible for cookie enthusiasts and kids alike!
Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1⁄2 teaspoon baking soda
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 3⁄4 Cup Softened unsalted butter
- 1 Cup crystal sugar
- 1 beaten egg
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 cups Smarties candies

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or a silicone baking mat.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, baking soda, and salt.
In a separate, large bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until light and fluffy. Add the beaten egg and vanilla extract, and stir until well combined.
Gradually add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, and stir until a soft dough forms.
Fold in the Smarties until evenly distributed in the dough.
Drop rounded tablespoons of dough onto your prepared baking sheet, leaving about 2 inches between each cookie for spreading.
Bake for 10-12 minutes, or until the cookies are lightly golden at the edges. Allow the cookies to cool on the baking sheet for 5 minutes, and then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
