Directions

30 min.
1. Step

Start by preparing your tzatziki sauce. Mix the Greek yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, white vinegar, and season with salt and pepper. Set it aside in the fridge for the flavors to meld.

2. Step

Next, make the lamb burger patties. In a large bowl, mix the ground lamb, chopped red onion, minced garlic, dried oregano, and cumin. Season with salt and black pepper. Form into 6 patties.

3. Step

Heat a pan or grill on medium-high heat, add a dash of olive oil, and cook the burgers for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired level of doneness.

4. Step

While the burgers are cooking, lightly toast your burger buns.

5. Step

Once everything is ready, assemble your burgers. Start with a bun, then layer on the lettuce, tomato, and onion. Position your lamb patty on top, and finish with a generous spoonful of tzatziki sauce. Top with the other half of the bun.

6. Step

Serve your lamb burgers hot with a side of fries or a fresh salad.
