- 1 tablespoon dry rub
- Worcestershire Sauce

- apple cider vinegar

Preheat grill to 225 degrees. Rub the meat with Worcestershire and then the dry rub. Coat it from all sides. Add black pepper as well.

Put the meat on the grill. While grilling, spritz with apple cider vinegar or juice.
