Grilled hamburger
Recipe for a delicious homemade grilled hamburger.
Ingredients
- 500 g Beef
- 4 a piece hamburger buns
- Salt, ground black pepper
- 1 clove garlic
- 4 cups Leaf lettuce
- 1 a piece tomato
- 4 slices cheese
- Oil for baking

Directions
Put the minced meat in a bowl, add the grated garlic, salt and pepper. Mix thoroughly and shape the mixture into 4 patties.
On a hot grill, sear the pancakes on both sides. Depending on how you like your meat cooked through, this can take up to 12 minutes. For the perfect flavor and doneness of the meat, I recommend searing the patties for 6 minutes on one side, then flipping them over and searing for another 6 minutes.
In the meantime, slice the hamburger buns and grill them as well. Slice the tomato. Brush the buns with ketchup, then place the lettuce, tomato, meat, cheese and top half of the bun on the bottom half.
