- 1 can of tuna, drained
- 1⁄4 Cup of mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon of lemon juice
- 1⁄4 teaspoon of garlic powder

- 2 tbls of chopped fresh parsley or cilantro

1. Step
Cut the avocados in lengthwise and remove the pit.
2. Step
In a bowl, mix the tuna, mayonnaise, lemon juice, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.

Add chopped parsley or cilantro to the tuna salad.

Spoon the tuna salad into the hollow of the avocado halves.
