- 4 tablespoon chia seeds

Dough
- 2 cups Oatmeal
- 1 Cup almond
- 1⁄2 Cup coconut flour
- 2 ripe bananas
- 1 tablespoon coconut oil

Directions
Place the mulberries, stevia and chia in a saucepan and bring to a boil for 10 minutes. Then, add the lemon juice and stir for a further 2 minutes. Set aside.

Grind the oats and then the almonds in a blender. Separate 3 tbsp of almond flour and 3 tbsp of oat flour. Stir the rest of the flour with the bananas and coconut flour until a homogeneous dough is formed.

Butter a pie pan and place the pie dough in it. Poke holes in it with a fork and bake it in the oven for 15 minutes.

Remove the dough and fill it with the previously separated mulberry jelly and add the reserved tbsp of almond and oat flour.

Coat with the spoonful of coconut oil and return to the oven for another 10 minutes or until lightly browned on top.
