Ingredients
1. Spaghetti Bolognese:
- 8 ounces Spaghetti Pasta
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 carrot, grated
- 1 stalk celery, finely chopped
- 1 can diced tomatoes
- 2 tbls tomato paste
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- salt and pepper to taste
- Grated Parmesan cheese, for garnish
- Fresh basil leaves, for garnish
2. Lemon Garlic Pasta:
- 8 ounces linguine pasta
- 3 tbls olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Lemon zest
- 1 lemon juice
- 1⁄4 Cup fresh parsley, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- Shaved Parmesan cheese, for garnish
3. Pesto Chicken Pasta:
- 8 ounces penne pasta
- 2 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1⁄4 Cup store-bought pesto
- 1 Cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1⁄4 Cup pine nuts, toasted
- Fresh basil leaves for garnish

Directions
Cook the spaghetti pasta according to package instructions. Drain.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the ground beef and cook until browned. Remove the beef from the skillet and set aside.
In the same skillet, sauté the onion, garlic, carrot, and celery until softened.
Return the browned beef to the skillet. Add the diced tomatoes, tomato paste, dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Stir well to combine.
Simmer the sauce for 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Serve the spaghetti topped with the Bolognese sauce. Garnish with grated Parmesan cheese and fresh basil leaves.
Lemon Garlic Pasta: Cook the linguine pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
Add the lemon zest, lemon juice, parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir well to combine.
Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the lemon garlic sauce.
Serve the pasta garnished with shaved Parmesan cheese.
Pesto Chicken Pasta: Cook the penne pasta according to package instructions. Drain and set aside.
Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper. In a separate skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook the chicken breasts untilcooked through. Remove from the skillet and let rest for a few minutes. Then, slice into thin strips.
In the sauté the cherry tomatoes until slightly softened.
Add the cooked pasta, sliced chicken, and pesto to the skillet. Toss until well combined.
Serve the pasta topped with toasted pine nuts and fresh basil leaves.
