Ingredients
- 500 gms of chicken mince
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 large onion, finely chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, finely chopped
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 Cup of mixed vegetables (carrots, peas corn)
- 2 tbls soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 tablespoon maize starch
- salt and pepper to taste
- Green onions for garnish

Heat the vegetable oil in a large frying pan over medium heat.
Add the onion and garlic and sauté until soft.
Add the chicken mince to the pan and break it up with a spoon. Cook until the chicken mince is browned and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.

In a small bowl, whisk together soy sauce, oyster sauce, and cornstarch.
