This simple, but tasty marinade for grilled fish not only gives your fish an excellent taste, but also keeps it soft, juicy and full of flavor. It's ideal for all kinds of fish.

- 1 pcs lime
- 2 pcs garlic
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- Parsley sprig

Directions
First, mix all the marinade ingredients in a small bowl. Olive oil, lime juice, crushed garlic, salt, black pepper, and oregano.
Place the fish fillets in a large container or in a marinating bag. Pour the marinade over them and let them stand in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes, ideally overnight.
Then grill the fish at medium-high heat for approximately 4 minutes on each side.
