Marinade for roast chicken
A simple marinade that is perfect for roast chicken.
Ingredients

- 4 cloves garlic
- 100 ml soy sauce

Let's start by preparing our marinade. In a bowl, mix together the garlic pressed through a press, soy sauce, honey, salt and ground black pepper.
Pat the chicken dry with a paper towel and lightly brush it with vegetable oil.
Then place the chicken in the bowl with the marinade and rub it thoroughly with it. My tip is to let it marinate in the fridge, at least 2 hours, but ideally overnight.
Allow the chicken to come to room temperature before putting it in the oven.
Bake in a preheated oven at 200 ° C for about 1 - 1.5 hours, but the exact baking time depends on the size of the chicken. Be sure to brush the chicken occasionally with the remaining marinade during baking.
