Preparing the meatballs. Mix the ground meat, eggs, breadcrumbs, salt, and pepper in a large bowl until everything is well combined. Shape them into meatballs.

2. Step

Baking meatballs. Preheat the oven to 180°C. Arrange the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, then bake them for 20-25 minutes, or until they are golden brown.

3. Step

Preparing the sauce. Melt the butter in a small pan, then add the flour and stir until smooth. Slowly pour in the cream, stirring continuously, and then add the bouillon cube as well. Continue to cook the sauce until it thickens.
