- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 small cucumber, diced
- 1 small red onion, thinly sliced
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1⁄4 Cup Kalamata olives, pitted and sliced
- 1⁄4 Cup feta cheese, crumbled
- 2 tablespoon Chopped parsley
- 1⁄4 Cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

1. Step
In a large bowl, combine drained tuna, cucumber, red pepper, onion, olives, and feta cheese. In another bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, honey, garlic, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
