Recipe for a quick lunch in the form of minced pork with pasta.

- 500 g minced pork
- 300 g pasta
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 150 ml tomato sauce
- 100 g cheese

1. Step
Finely chop the onion and garlic and fry in a pan with olive oil until golden brown. I have found it helpful to add the garlic after the onions so that it doesn't fry and burn.
2. Step
Add the minced meat and simmer it until it is completely done.

In addition, cook the pasta in the pot according to the instructions on the package. I recommend adding a tablespoon of salt to the boiling water, which will add flavor to the pasta.

Add the cooked pasta to the pan and mix with the meat.

Add tomato sauce, salt and pepper to taste and mix well.

Finally, sprinkle the meat and pasta with grated cheese and let it melt.
