1. Step

Step 1: First, for the Mulligatawny soup, cut the chicken breast into cubes and fry them in a pot with olive oil. Then take the chicken meat out of the pot and set it aside.

Step 2: Next, cut the onion, garlic, and carrot into cubes and put them in the same pot. Sauté the vegetables for about 5 minutes.

Step 3: Now add the lentils and curry powder and stir everything well. Then add the chicken broth and let the soup simmer for about 30 minutes.

Step 4: While the soup is simmering, peel the apples, remove the core, and cut them into small cubes. Then add these to the soup.
