Ingredients
- 1 Cup of cookie crumbs (Can use any cookies you like)
- 1⁄2 Cup of unsalted butter, melted
- 1 Cup of powdered sugar
- 1 Cup of Creamy Peanut butter
- 1⁄2 teaspoon of Vanilla Extract
- pinch of salt
- 1 Cup of semisweet chocolate chips
- 3 tbls of milk

Begin by greasing a 9-inch baking dish and set it aside.
In a large bowl, combine the cookie crumbs and melted butter. Press this mixture onto the bottom of the prepared dish, creating a firm base layer.
In another bowl, mix together the powdered sugar, peanut butter, vanilla extract and salt until well combined.
Spread the peanut butter mixture over the cookie crust in the dish, making sure it's evenly spread.
In a small microwave safe bowl, melt the chocolate chips with the milk, stirring every 20 seconds to ensure it doesn't burn.
Once melted and smooth, spread the chocolate concoction over the peanut butter layer.
Refrigerate the dish for at least an hour, or until the layers are set.
After chilling, bring it to room temperature to soften it slightly. Cut them into squares and your peanut butter slices are ready to be served.
