Ingredients
- 6 cups gem lettuce
- 500 g pork mince
- 2 tablespoon soy sauce
- 2 tablespoon sesame oil
- 1 tablespoon oyster sauce
- 1 spoon crushed fresh ginger
- 1 clove garlic
- 3 spring onion
- 1 chopped carrot
- 1 grated zucchini
- 1 chopped celery stalk
- 5 cups chopped Mushrooms
- 1 can water chestnuts
- 1 Cup Chopped coriander
- Fresh white sesame seeds

Directions
In a bowl combine the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and sesame oil.
Heat olive oil in a frypan. Add the garlic, ginger, and spring onions and sauté.

Add the pork mince and stir until browned all over.

Add the carrot, celery, mushrooms and zucchini. After 2 minutes, pour over the sauce mixture bowl. Cook for 5 minutes.
