Pasta with tenderloin
A recipe for tasty pasta with pork tenderloin.

- 200 g spaghetti noodles
- 2 pcs pork tenderloins
- 2 cloves garlic
- 1 pcs shallots
- 1 spoon buttermilk
- 1 spoon Olive oils
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Step
Cook the pasta according to the instructions on the package.
2. Step
Cut the tenderloins into thin slices and fry them in hot oil with garlic and shallots. Remember to fry the tenderloins in hot oil - this will make them crispy.

When the tenderloins are almost ready, add buttermilk to them. This will definitely enhance the flavor of the meat.

Season the whole thing with salt and pepper - remember not to overdo the salt. It is better to add less at the beginning, and then add salt to taste.

Drain the pasta.
