PHOTO RECIPE Peach Galette
An excellent recipe for a fresh peach galette complemented with jam and curd.
Ingredients
Often
- 200 g special fine flour
- 50 g brown sugar
- 80 g butter
- 2 tablespoon water
Filling
- apricot jam
- 150 g lumpy curd cheese
- 50 g soft curd cheese
- protein pudding powder / vanilla
- 4 pcs peach
- egg
- Powdered sugar for dusting (optional)
- almond slices

Directions
Mix the flour with sugar and room temperature butter, add water and knead the dough by hand. Set it aside in the fridge for 30 minutes.
Spread out baking paper on the tray, sprinkle with flour and roll out the prepared dough into a circle shape.
Spread the jam leaving about 2cm from the edge "dry".
In a bowl, mix the curd cheese with sweetener to taste and layer it onto the jam.
Cut the peaches into slices and arrange them on the quark layer.
Carefully fold the edges towards the center and press down.
Spread the top of the cake with egg, sprinkle with sugar and almond slices.
Bake at 180 degrees for 45 minutes.
