1. Step

Mix the flour with sugar and room temperature butter, add water and knead the dough by hand. Set it aside in the fridge for 30 minutes.

2. Step

Spread out baking paper on the tray, sprinkle with flour and roll out the prepared dough into a circle shape.

Spread the jam leaving about 2cm from the edge "dry".

In a bowl, mix the curd cheese with sweetener to taste and layer it onto the jam.
