Peanut cakes
Recipe for delicious peanut cookies. What I love most about them is the delicious taste of peanut butter and their soft, crunchy texture.

- 200 g Peanut butter
- 120 g sugar
- 1 a piece egg
- 1 kl baking powder
- pinch of salt
- 100 g Plain flour

1. Step
Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius and line a baking tray with baking paper.
2. Step
In a large bowl, mix together the peanut butter, sugar, egg and baking powder. These ingredients are the base of the cookies and it is important that they are mixed well.
3. Step
Add the flour and a pinch of salt and mix well again.
4. Step
Shape the dough into walnut-sized balls and place them on a baking sheet. Be sure to leave plenty of space between the balls as they will stretch a little during baking.
5. Step
Bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cakes are golden brown.
