- 4 Barramundi Fillets
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 2 tablespoon lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- A handful of chopped fresh parsley
- lemon wedges for garnish

Start by seasoning the Barramundi fillets with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium-high heat. When the oil is hot, add the fish skin-side down and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crisped and browned.
Carefully flip the fish and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the fish is opaque and flaky.
Add minced garlic into the pan and cook until fragrant. Pour the lemon juice over the fish, and scatter the chopped parsley. Cook for one more minute allowing the fish to absorb the flavors.
