Pizza Rolls
Pizza rolls are a tasty and quick alternative to traditional pizza. They are an ideal choice for parties, lunch, or dinner.
Ingredients

- 300 g special fine flour
- 1 cube yeast
- 1 teaspoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoon olive oil
- 200 ml Warm water
Filling
- 200 g grated mozzarella cheese
- 100 g salami
- 2 tablespoon sour cream
- 1 pcs tomato
- 1 pcs onion
- 1 teaspoon oregano
- sweet corn

Directions
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a large bowl, combine flour, yeast, sugar, and salt. Add olive oil and gradually pour in warm water until a smooth dough forms. Let the dough rise in a warm place for 15 minutes.
Meanwhile, prepare the filling. Dice the salami, tomato, and onion into small pieces. Mix grated mozzarella with salami, tomato, onion, sour cream, corn, and oregano.
Roll out the dough and cut it into triangles. Load the filling onto the wide side of the triangles and wrap it into a croissant shape.
Place the pizza rolls on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven for 12 - 15 minutes, or until golden brown. Let the pizza rolls cool a little before serving.
