Directions
Finely chop the onion and sauté until translucent in fat. Then add washed meat cut into cubes and roast together with the onion to let it 'settle'.
Add chopped garlic, red bell pepper, pork roasted spice, cumin and pour in some water.
The minced meat smells beautiful when you add tomato and pepper to it. Just 1-2 cherry tomatoes and about 1/3 of a pepper are enough. When the tomatoes boil down, I remove the tomato skins but if they don't bother you, leave them in.
I add salt only when the meat is half cooked and I thicken the finished stew with grated potato. It tastes fantastic with any side dish.
