1. Step

Prepare flour, whisked eggs with vegeta, and breadcrumbs in three bowls.

Cut the meat into medium thin slices. Season and gradually coat in flour, egg and finally breadcrumbs.

It tastes best with cucumber salad, I make it by peeling the cucumber, grating it into thin wheels, adding black ground pepper and salting. When the cucumbers release juice, I pour them with water into which I add granulated sugar, it must dissolve and I add vinegar, all to taste. Some prefer sweeter, some more sour.
