- 1 pork tenderloin
- 1⁄2 Cup With

- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbls Worcestershire Sauce
- 1 tablespoon fresh ginger, grated
- 1⁄2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 teaspoon salt
- 1⁄4 teaspoon cayenne pepper

In a bowl, combine the honey, soy sauce, minced garlic, Worcestershire sauce, grated ginger, black pepper, salt, and cayenne pepper. Stir until well blended
Place the pork tenderloin in a large zip-top bag. Pour in the marinade, ensuring the pork is fully coated.
Seal the bag and place in the refrigerator to marinate for at least 7 hours, or preferably overnight.
Preheat your grill or oven. Remove the pork from the marinade and cook until the center of the pork reaches a temperature of 145°F (63°C).
