Pork Tenderloins in Mushroom Sauce
Classic Polish cuisine serves many delicacies, and one of them is delicate, juicy pork tenderloins in mushroom sauce. This aromatic, tasty dish is perfect for family lunches, meetings with friends, or a romantic dinner for two.
Ingredients
Pork tenderloin
- 600 g Pork tenderloin
- 1 pcs red onion
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 spoons olive oil
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
Mushroom sauce
- 200 g Fresh mushrooms (preferably porcini or champignons)
- 200 ml 18% cream
- 1 pinch salt
- 1 pinch pepper
- 1 pinch nutmeg

Directions
Cut the pork tenderloins into thin slices. Finely chop the onion and garlic. Heat the olive oil in a pan, add the onion and garlic, fry until they become translucent. Add the sliced meat, season with salt and pepper, fry over medium heat until the meat is well browned.
Clean the mushrooms, slice them. In another pan, heat some olive oil, add the mushrooms, fry until they release their juice. Then add cream, season with salt, pepper and nutmeg, simmer over low heat for about 10 minutes.
Place the prepared tenderloins on the plate and coat with mushroom sauce. Serve the dish hot, ideally with potatoes and salad.
