Delicious and simple puff pastry filled with ground meat is an excellent choice for a family lunch or dinner. This recipe is simple and quick to prepare.

Puff pastry
- 500 g puff pastry
Filling
- 500 g minced meat
- 1 pcs onion
- 2 pcs cloves of garlic
- 1 ts ground paprika
- 1 ts ground black pepper
- 1 ts salt
- 1 pcs egg
- Sesame

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface.
Fry the onion until golden on the pan and add garlic cloves.
Add the minced meat and sauté until it is fully cooked. Add ground paprika, ground black pepper and salt. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.
Cut it frequently and fill it with the mixture.
Brush it with egg and sprinkle with sesame.
Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. Let it cool for a moment before serving.
