1. Step

Preheat the oven to 180°C. Roll out the puff pastry on a flat surface.

2. Step

Fry the onion until golden on the pan and add garlic cloves.

3. Step

Add the minced meat and sauté until it is fully cooked. Add ground paprika, ground black pepper and salt. Stir and cook for a few more minutes.

4. Step

Cut it frequently and fill it with the mixture.

5. Step

Brush it with egg and sprinkle with sesame.

6. Step

Bake in the oven for about 25-30 minutes, or until the dough is golden brown. Let it cool for a moment before serving.
