Quick Creamy Tarragon Sauce Chicken Breasts

- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbls olive oil
- 1 onion, finely diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 Cup chicken broth
- 1 Cup heavy cream
- 3 tbls fresh tarragon, chopped
- salt to taste

Season the chicken breasts with salt and pepper.
Heat the olive oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
Add the chicken breasts and cook them until they are golden brown, about 5-6 minutes on each side. Once they're cooked, remove the chicken from the pan and set it aside.
