  • 1 teaspoon of sesame oil Added to
  • 112 teaspoons of sugar (adjust according to taste) Added to
  • 1 clove of garlic, finely minced Added to
  • 1 teaspoon of finely grated fresh ginger Added to
  • Optional: one finely chopped green onion and/or chili oil for extra heat Added to

Start by finely mincing the garlic and grating the ginger.

In a bowl, mix together the soy sauce, rice vinegar, sesame oil, and sugar.

Add the minced garlic and grated ginger into the bowl.
