Risotto with Chicken and Spinach
This delicious risotto is easy to prepare and is perfect for all occasions. It's full of flavors and thanks to the combination of chicken and spinach, it's also nutritionally balanced.

- 500 g chicken breast
- 2 mugs rice
- 200 g fresh spinach
- 3 tablespoon butter
- 1 pcs onion
- 4 mugs water
- 1 mug milk
- 2 ts sea salt
- 1⁄2 ts ground black pepper
- 1⁄2 ts garlic powder

Put butter in the pot and fry finely chopped onion in it until golden.

Then we add the chopped meat.

Pour everything with 1 cup of water and stew for about 10 minutes.

Then we add the washed spinach and stir until the spinach wilts and loses volume.

Next, add the rice along with 3 cups of water and 1 cup of milk.

We cook until the rice absorbs all the water.
