Roasted Chicken Legs with Potatoes

  • 2 teaspoons salt Added to
  • 1 pinch pepper Added to
  • 1 teaspoon Sweet pepper Added to

For the potatoes

  • 8 Piece Potatoes Added to
  • 2 teaspoons olive oil Added to
  • 1 pinch Salts Added to
  • 1 pinch rosemary Added to

1. Step

Wash the chicken thighs, dry and season to taste with salt, pepper and sweet paprika. Set aside for 15 minutes in the refrigerator.

2. Step

Peel the potatoes, cut them into quarters, then season with salt, olive oil, and rosemary.

3. Step

Place the chicken drumsticks and potatoes on a baking sheet, bake in an oven preheated to 180°C for about 60 minutes. Near the end of baking, you can increase the temperature so that the drumsticks and potatoes become crispy.

4. Step

Serve hot, decorated with fresh rosemary. Enjoy your meal!
