- 4 pcs larger potatoes
- 4 spoons olive oil
- salt and black pepper to taste
- 4 twigs rosemary

1. Step
Start by preheating your oven to 200 degrees Celsius. Meanwhile, rinse and slice the potatoes into thin slices.
2. Step
Pat the salmon pieces dry with a paper towel, brush with oil and salt and pepper on both sides.

Place the salmon on the foil and place the potatoes and rosemary around it.
4. Step
Wrap the tin foil with the salmon tightly and place on a baking tray. Bake the salmon in the oven for approximately 30 minutes.
