  • 1 tablespoon hoisin sauce Added to
  • 1 Carrot, finely chopped Added to
  • 1 Bell pepper, finely chopped Added to
  • 12 Cup of fresh white mushrooms, finely chopped Added to
  • 1 small can of water chestnuts, finely chopped Added to

1. Step

Heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add in the garlic and sauté until they begin to brown slightly.

Add the chicken mince to the pan and cook until browned. Be sure to break it up into small chunks.

Once the chicken is cooked, add in the soy sauce, oyster sauce, and hoisin sauce. Stir well to combine.

Add in the chopped carrots, bell peppers, mushrooms, and water chestnuts. Mix everything well.

Cook over medium heat for around 5 minutes, until all vegetables are cooked and the flavors have melded together.

Spoon the chicken mixture into the lettuce leaves and top with chopped green onions.
