- 1 cup Plain flour
- 2 pcs Eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 200 g cooked ham
- 200 g hard cheese
- 2 tablespoon butter
- pinch of salt

1. Step
In a bowl, mix the flour, eggs, milk and a pinch of salt until smooth to form a pancake batter. Then let the batter rest for 10-15 minutes. It is best to let it rest in the refrigerator.
2. Step
Meanwhile, cut the ham and cheese into small pieces. Then we should start making pancakes.
3. Step
Fry the pancakes in melted butter on both sides.
4. Step
While the pancake is still on the griddle, add the ham and cheese. Fold the pancake in half.
